I’ve spent over 20 years inside wholesale distribution — starting in the warehouse and working through purchasing, operations, ERP implementations, and pricing leadership.

Along the way, I learned that pricing problems are rarely about math. They’re about confidence, ownership, and how decisions actually get made when things get uncomfortable.

I’ve been the person responsible for pricing inside a distributor. I’ve also worked alongside distributors trying to adopt pricing tools and models that made sense on paper but struggled to stick in the field.

That combination shaped how I work today. I focus less on perfect models and more on helping organizations build the discipline, confidence, and ownership required for pricing to work in real situations.
